Reservation Policies
Parking
Off street parking is available but limited to one car per room and you must leave your keys.
Check In
Between 3:00 PM & 8:00 PM, special arrangements can be made for other arrival times.
Check Out
Check out is at 11:00 AM this includes your car unless arraignments are made.
Deposit
We uphold strict deposit and cancellation policies. The deposit, equal to 50% of your total stay, is due when you make your reservation, stays of two days or less require a 100% deposit. The balance is due upon arrival. MasterCard and Visa are accepted. No Personal Checks.
Cancellations
We will gladly refund your deposit subject to a 30% service fee of the Deposit, as long as we receive your cancellation Twenty One (21) days prior to the reservation. Deposits for all holidays including Carnival are non-refundable.
